OBJECTIVE: To study the compliance of HIV-infected mother-to-infant transmission and its influencing factors. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 60 HIV-positive pregnant women in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2014 was conducted. Results: 60 patients with good adherence to antiviral therapy accounted for 81.7%. The study found that HIV-positive pregnant women obey the anti-viral treatment compliance factors include: the duration of treatment, the patient’s family economic status, doctor-patient communication and cooperation, the patient’s own awareness of the disease and the attitude toward reproduction. CONCLUSIONS: HIV / AIDS mother-to-child transmission has a generally good compliance with anti-viral therapy, and there are many reasons that affect the compliance of HIV-infected pregnant women. Clinically, appropriate measures should be taken to intervene in order to improve HIV compliance of maternal treatment. May reduce the risk of HIV infection in newborns.
