教师培训需求分析的数据大多来自对参训教师的调研,为提高教师培训的针对性,笔者基于组织-任务-人员关系分析模式(OTP模式),又对我省25个县教师进修学校进行了教师培训需求调查。以我省县域内乡村中小学教师培训为例,以实际参训教师比例为线索,以培训内容、培训方式和应用氛围为重点进行了深入探讨。该数据补充完善了我省中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训需求分析的不足,提高了教师培训的针对性。
Most of the data of teacher training needs analysis comes from the survey of teachers participating in training. To improve the pertinence of teacher training, based on the organizational-mission-personnel relationship analysis mode (OTP mode) Teacher training needs survey. Taking the training of rural primary and secondary school teachers in counties of our province as an example, taking the proportion of actual teachers participating in training as a clue, the author made an in-depth discussion focusing on training contents, training methods and application atmosphere. The data supplement to improve the primary and secondary school teachers in our province information technology application training needs analysis, improve the relevance of teacher training.
