研究了大田杂交水稻汕优6号冠层上部三片功能叶衰老过程中一些生理生化变化。结果表明:叶片衰老时最早出现光合作用速率下降,其次是蛋白质降解,而后是叶绿素、RNA含量下降,最后原生质选透性丧失。在叶片衰老早期还明显看到一些新的过氧化物酶同工酶带的出现。在此期间植株和穗子重明显增加,而叶片和茎鞘干重明显减少。衰老期间各种生理生化参数变化,证实了杂交水稻冠层上部三片叶自下而上顺序衰老的现象以及叶片与籽粒间物质的再调配。此外,对上述的各种参数作为衰老指标的适合性进行了讨论。
The physiological and biochemical changes during the senescence of three functional leaves in the upper canopy of the hybrid rice “Shanyou 6” were studied. The results showed that the earliest photosynthesis rate was decreased when leaves were aged, followed by protein degradation, followed by chlorophyll, RNA content decreased, and finally the loss of protoplasm permeability. The appearance of some new peroxidase isoenzyme bands is also clearly seen early in leaf senescence. During this period, the plant and ear weight increased significantly while the dry weight of leaf and stem sheath decreased significantly. The changes of various physiological and biochemical parameters during the senescence confirmed that the upper three leaves of the hybrid rice could senescene from bottom to top and the redistribution of the material between leaves and grains. In addition, the suitability of various parameters described above as indicators of aging has been discussed.
