针对航空发动机管路卡箍系列化参数化设计,提出利用软件UG实现卡箍组件的参数化建模的方案。在创建单联卡箍和双联卡箍的基础上,完成了卡箍模型库的建立。利用ANSYS软件进行卡箍组件有限元分析,计算出模型库中各类卡箍的线刚度和角刚度。最后讨论了卡箍的长度和厚度参数对卡箍刚度的影响,进一步完善了对卡箍刚度的研究。
Aiming at a series of parametric design of aero-engine pipe clamps, a scheme of parametric modeling of a clamp assembly using software UG is proposed. On the basis of creating the single clamp and the double clamp, the establishment of the clamp model library is completed. ANSYS software was used to carry out the finite element analysis of the clamp assembly to calculate the line stiffness and the angular stiffness of various types of clamps in the model library. Finally, the influence of the length and thickness of the clamp on the stiffness of the clamp is discussed, and the research on the stiffness of the clamp is further improved.
