随着人地矛盾的加剧,土地集约利用受到越来越多的关注,交通用地作为建设用地的一部分,其集约利用能够促进城市功能和结构的优化,然而对交通用地集约度进行评价的文献较少,因此本文采用灰色关联法对天津市交通用地集约度进行评价,结果显示:2009-2015年间天津市交通用地集约度在2010年因巨额投资出现峰值,但大体处于中等水平,并随年份推移呈现出稳步增长态势。其中,投资、公路铁路占地面积、空气质量等因素对集约度的影响较大。
