研究了激光孔对定向凝固高温合金的薄壁性能的影响。结果表明,薄壁试样的持久性能无明显下降,说明在本试验条件下,该合金的薄壁效应不明显。并从工艺因素和显微组织方面讨论了试验结果。
The influence of laser holes on the thin-walled properties of the directional solidification superalloy was investigated. The results show that the long-term performance of the thin-walled sample without significant decline, indicating that the experimental conditions, the thin-walled alloy effect is not obvious. The experimental results were discussed in terms of process factors and microstructure.
