SARS病情凶险,传染性强,其病死率高达5％～50％,病例发病后迅速死亡。现将我院7例SARS死亡病例资料总结分析如下。1 临床资料1.1 流行病学史:本组7例中6例有明确SARS接触史,其中5例来自3个家族发病群体,3例有明确传染他人的证据。 SARS is dangerous and contagious, and its case fatality rate is as high as 5% -50%. The SARS case died rapidly after its onset. Now 7 cases of SARS deaths in our hospital data are summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 Epidemiological history: The group of 7 patients in 6 cases have a clear history of exposure to SARS, of which 5 cases from the three familial disease groups, 3 patients with clear evidence of infection of others.
