随着我国农村经济体制改革的不断深入,我区乡镇小煤窑如雨后春笋,蓬勃发展。但随之也带来一定职业危害,亟待研究和解决。为实现世界卫生组织提出的“2000年人人享有卫生保健”的全球性战略目标,我们对本地区的部分乡镇煤窑进行了劳动卫生和职业病调查,并根据存在的问题对预防对策进行了初步探讨。对象与方法调查对象为开采史在10年以上的乡镇小煤窑。调查方法采取深入现场直接询问和亲自进行现场采样测定、体检等方法进行。共调查乡镇小煤窑18个,对1263名工人进行了健康体检。
With the continuous deepening of China’s rural economic system reform, the small coal mines in our towns and villages have mushroomed and flourished. However, it also brings certain occupational hazards, which are urgently needed to be studied and solved. In order to achieve the WHO’s global strategic goal of “Health for All in 2000”, we conducted a survey on labor hygiene and occupational diseases in some township coal mines in the region and conducted preliminary preventive measures based on the existing problems Discussion. Objects and Methods The surveyed objects are small town coal mines with a mining history of more than 10 years. Survey method to take in-depth direct inquiries at the scene and personally conducted on-site sampling determination, physical examination and other methods. A total of 18 villages and towns small coal mines were investigated, and 1263 workers conducted a physical examination.
