提高课堂教学效益一直是困扰学校教师的难题特别是类似农村中学,教师,学生素质参差不齐,提高课堂教学效益更为困难。为此,人们只有在理论层面上探索学校素质教育的规律,在实践层面上突破旧的教学模式,实现从教学实践的根本转变,构建实施素质教育为核心目标的“四整合”教学模式。现就如何实施把“四整合”教学中的各要素有机结合起来,构成一个和谐的教学整体,从而达到课堂的优化谈几点建议。
Improving the efficiency of classroom teaching has always been a puzzle for school teachers. Especially in rural middle schools, teachers and students have different qualities. It is more difficult to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. For this reason, people only explore the law of school quality education at the theoretical level, break through the old teaching mode at the practical level, realize the fundamental transformation from teaching practice, and build the “four integration” teaching mode with the core goal of implementing quality education .
