引言禾本科作物的稳定转化对所有进一步的遗传操作具有重要意义.由于农杆菌不能有效地感染禾谷类作物,所以要研究直接转移DNA技术.为了找到一种能将外源基因稳定整合到大麦基因组的方法,笔者进行了直接转移DNA到大麦细胞和组织内的各种偿试,目的不单是为了产生转基因细胞系,而且还为了获得可将新基因遗传给后代的转基因可育植株.用两种细胞转基因途径(DNA转移到原生质体中;用粒子枪将DNA转移到悬浮培养
