考虑混凝土强度、钢筋与预制板内表面间距、钢筋粘结长度、钢筋直径和钢筋位置5个参数,对双面叠合装配式剪力墙竖向连接钢筋的锚固性能进行了静力拉拔试验研究。通过试件破坏形态、粘结应力-滑移曲线分析了竖向连接钢筋的粘结滑移破坏机理,并探索了不同参数试件的粘结强度变化规律。结果表明,从静力试验的角度来看,双面叠合剪力墙竖向连接钢筋的锚固粘结强度变化规律与现浇钢筋混凝土构件中的情况基本一致,锚固长度按现行《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)规定的取值是可行的。
Considering the concrete strength, the distance between the inner surface of rebar and prefabricated slab, the bond length of rebar, the diameter of rebar and the location of rebar, the anchoring properties of the vertical connecting rebars of double-faced laminated shear wall were studied by static pullout test the study. Through the failure mode and the bond stress - slip curve of the specimen, the bond-slip failure mechanism of the vertical connection bar is analyzed, and the variation of the bond strength of the specimens with different parameters is explored. The results show that from the static test point of view, the variation of the anchoring bond strength of the vertical connecting bars of the double-faced composite shear walls is basically consistent with that of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete members. The anchoring length is calculated according to the current “Design of Concrete Structures Specification ”(GB 50010-2010) provides the value is feasible.
