废食用油中含有大量不饱和脂肪酸,类似于沥青中的油分,而沥青老化后其油分会减少。本研究的目的是评价废食用植物油对老化沥青物理性能的改善效果,探讨废食用油用于沥青再生的可行性。将SBS改性沥青、AH-50、AH-70三种沥青分别进行室内压力老化,然后分别添加3.0%~7.0%的废食用植物油,进行沥青三大指标和黏度实验。结果表明:随着废食用油掺量的增加,三种老化沥青的软化点和黏度会逐渐降低,而针入度和延度会逐渐升高;废食用油对不同老化沥青各物理性能指标的改善效果存在差异;采用回归方程规划求解并实验结果发现,所用废食用油在4.0%、5.0%、6.0%的掺量下,分别能使SBS改性沥青、AH-50、AH-70三种老化沥青的三大指标和黏度基本恢复到原样沥青的水平。
Waste cooking oil contains a large number of unsaturated fatty acids, similar to asphalt in the oil, and asphalt after aging its oil will be reduced. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of waste edible vegetable oil on the physical properties of aged asphalt and to explore the feasibility of using waste edible oil for asphalt regeneration. SBS modified asphalt, AH-50, AH-70 three kinds of asphalt were pressure aging indoor, and then added 3.0% -7.0% of waste edible vegetable oil, asphalt three indexes and viscosity experiments. The results showed that the softening point and viscosity of the three kinds of aged asphalt gradually decreased with the increase of the content of waste cooking oil, while the penetration and the ductility of the three kinds of aged asphalt gradually increased. For the physical properties of the aged asphalt, The result of solving the regression equation and the experimental results showed that the waste edible oil can make three kinds of SBS modified asphalt, AH-50 and AH-70 respectively at 4.0%, 5.0% and 6.0% The three indicators of aging asphalt and viscosity basically returned to the level of the original asphalt.
