新课程要求教师应尊重学生的人格,关注个体差异,满足不同学生的学习需求,创设能引导学生主动参与的教育环境,激发学生的学习积极性,培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力,使每个学生都能得到充分的发展。分层式小组合作学习遵循“实事求是”“因材施教”的原则,体现了教学相长的特点。一方面它有利于教师准确把握学生的实际,制订切实可行的教学目标和要求,采用相应的教学手段;另一方面它创造了一个相互平等的学习环境,促进学生进行协作式学习,使得人人都学有所获。结合信息技术教学实践,探讨如何以学生的发展为本,尝试采用分层式小组合作学习模式,充分调动学生的学习积极性,提高学生的整体信息技术水平。

Combining with the teaching practice of information technology, this paper discusses how to use the development of students as the basis, and tries to adopt a hierarchical group cooperation learning mode to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students and improve their overall information technology.
