一、 外国档案价值鉴定理论的形成及其研究现状 奴隶社会和封建社会时期，欧美国家不存在真正意义上的档案价值鉴定工作。近代工业革命后，特别是 1789年法国大革命后，才开始了有意识的、正规的、科学的档案价值鉴定工作。鉴定理论也在此基础上逐渐萌芽、产生和发展起来。
