我厂自行设计制造的12孔双面组合镗床,是加工泰山-12拖拉机变速箱体生产线上的一台关键设备,但在加工中镗杆和导套间经常“烧死”的问题,多年来一直没有解决。孔Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ(图1)尤为严重。因为“烧套”,操作者十分担心。镗出的孔,还要用三角刮刀修。多次地“烧套”换套,耗费资金几千元,影响生产,加工的零件精度也达不到要求。后来经过反复实践,我们对这台机床进行了改装,从根本上解决了问题。
The 12-hole double-sided combination boring machine designed and manufactured by our factory is a key equipment for processing the production line of Taishan-12 tractor transmission body. However, the problem of “burnt-to-death” between boring bar and guide sleeve during processing has been for many years not solved. Holes II, III, IV (Figure 1) are particularly serious. Because of “burn”, the operator is very worried. Bored hole, but also with triangular scraper repair. Repeatedly “burning sets” change sets, cost a few thousand dollars, affecting the production, processing precision parts also failed to meet the requirements. Later, after repeated practice, we modified the machine to solve the problem fundamentally.
