[目的]建立了毛细管气相色谱法测定农药中间体质量分数的方法。[方法]采用RTX-1涂壁石英毛细管柱与FID检测器,癸二腈为内标物,柱温165℃,进样口与检测器温度均为230℃。气体流量(mL/min):载气(氮气)3.0、补充气(氮气)30、氢气40及空气300,分流比20∶1。[结果]平均回收率99.5%,标准偏差为0.271,变异系数为0.282%,线性相关系数为0.9998。[结论]该方法准确可靠、简便、快速,可用于产品质量检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of pesticide intermediate mass fraction by capillary gas chromatography. [Method] RTX-1 coated quartz capillary column and FID detector were used. Sebaconitrile was used as internal standard. The column temperature was 165 ℃, and the inlet and detector temperatures were both 230 ℃. Gas flow (mL / min): carrier gas (nitrogen) 3.0, make-up gas (nitrogen) 30, hydrogen 40 and air 300, split ratio 20: 1. [Result] The average recovery was 99.5%, the standard deviation was 0.271, the coefficient of variation was 0.282% and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998. [Conclusion] The method is accurate, reliable, simple and rapid and can be used for product quality testing.
