目的分析深圳市某饮料生产企业在生产过程中产生或存在的职业病危害因素及其防护对策和管理措施,为饮料生产企业职业病危害防控提供依据。方法对生产企业进行职业卫生现场调查,对工作场所中存在的职业病危害因素进行检测并评价其危害程度。结果该企业在生产过程中存在甲醇、氨、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、二氯甲烷、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇、氯化氢、其他粉尘、聚丙烯粉尘等化学性有害因素,以及噪声、工频电场、激光辐射、高温等物理性有害因素。噪声检测点合格率为20%,噪声强度最高为98.2 d B,其他职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该企业职业病危害因素重点在噪声的控制和防护上,应采取综合防控措施控制有害因素,预防噪声聋。
Objective To analyze the hazard factors of occupational diseases or protective measures and management measures that occurred or exist in the process of production in a beverage manufacturer in Shenzhen and provide the basis for prevention and control of occupational hazards in beverage production enterprises. Methods Conduct on-site occupational health surveys in manufacturing enterprises to test the hazards of occupational diseases in the workplace and evaluate their harm. As a result, the company has chemical and other harmful factors such as methanol, ammonia, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, methylene chloride, butanone, ethyl acetate, isopropanol, hydrogen chloride, other dust and polypropylene dust in the production process. Noise, power frequency electric field, laser radiation, high temperature and other physical and harmful factors. The pass rate of noise detection point is 20%, and the highest noise intensity is 98.2 dB. The concentrations or intensities of other occupational hazards are in line with the national occupational health standards. Conclusion The focus of occupational hazards in this enterprise is on noise control and protection, and comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken to control harmful factors and prevent noise deafness.
