目的探讨α-adducin基因Gly460Trp、CYP11B2基因-344T/C多态性与河南汉族原发性高血压的相关性。方法采用PCR-RFLP技术和病例对照分析的方法,检测河南汉族145例原发性高血压患者及120例血压正常者α-adducin、CYP11B2基因单核苷酸多态性与河南汉族原发性高血压的相关性。结果α-adducin基因基因型频率在高血压组为TG:0.524、TT:0.331、GG:0.145,正常对照组为TG:0.450、TT:0.350、GG:0.200;等位基因频率在高血压组为T:0.593、G:0.407,正常对照组为T:0.575、G:0.425。CYP11B2基因基因型频率在高血压组为TC:0.441、TT:0.455、CC:0.104,正常对照组为TC:0.533、TT:0.400、CC:0.067;等位基因频率在高血压组为T:0.676、C:0.324,在正常对照组为T:0.667、C:0.333。经统计α-adducin和CYP11B2基因基因型频率和等位基因频率在原发性高血压组和正常对照组间差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论α-adducin基因Gly460Trp和CYP11B2基因-344T/C多态性与河南汉族群体原发性高血压的发生无明显相关。
Objective To investigate the association between α-adducin gene Gly460Trp, CYP11B2 gene -344T / C polymorphism and essential hypertension in Henan Han nationality. Methods PCR-RFLP technique and case-control analysis were used to detect the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms of α-adducin and CYP11B2 in 145 hypertensive patients and 120 normotensive subjects in Han nationality in Henan province. Correlation of blood pressure. Results The frequencies of α-adducin genotypes in the hypertensive group were TG: 0.524, TT: 0.331, GG: 0.145, TG: 0.450, TT: 0.350, GG: 0.200 in the control group T: 0.593, G: 0.407, the normal control group was T: 0.575, G: 0.425. The frequency of CYP11B2 genotypes was TC: 0.441, TT: 0.455, CC: 0.104 in the hypertension group, TC: 0.533, TT: 0.400 and CC: 0.067 in the control group. The allele frequency in the hypertension group was T: 0.676 , C: 0.324, T: 0.667, C: 0.333 in the normal control group. There was no significant difference in the frequencies of genotypes and alleles of α-adducin and CYP11B2 between patients with primary hypertension and those with normal controls (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is no significant correlation between α-adducin gene Gly460Trp and CYP11B2 gene -344T / C polymorphism and the incidence of essential hypertension in Henan Han population.
