在对个人收入差距产生的原因进行定性分析的基础上,利用第二期全国妇女地位抽样调查的数据,对我国男性和女性的收入差距作了回归分析和通径分析。结果表明,除了人力资本等因素外,性别对个人收入存在显著影响,性别既通过教育、晋升和行业等对个人收入产生间接影响,也对收入产生直接影响。说明了劳动力市场上性别歧视的存在。缩小两性间的收入差距,需要国家在确保公平的教育机会和就业环境等方面做出努力,为妇女发挥能力创造一个公平的环境。
Based on the qualitative analysis of the causes of personal income disparity, the paper uses the data of the second national sample survey of women’s status to make a regression analysis and a path analysis of the income gap between men and women in our country. The results show that except for human capital and other factors, gender has a significant impact on personal income. Gender affects not only personal income through education, promotion and industry but also direct impact on income. Illustrates the existence of gender discrimination in the labor market. Narrowing the income gap between men and women requires that countries make efforts to ensure equitable access to education and the employment environment and create a level playing field for women’s capabilities.
