目的查明中毒原因,以便及时采取有效预防控制措施。方法采用个案调查,现场调查及取样检测进行综合分析。结果发患者数144例,其中男性75例,女性69例。均饮食了张某制作的豆浆或苡米汤,135例(占93.7%)在饮食后2h内发病。主要表现:恶心呕吐(占81.94%)、腹痛(73.6%)、瞳孔缩小(33.3%)、视力模糊(8.3%)、肌颤(6.3%)等症状。井水及豆浆中检出甲胺磷,含量分别为133mg/L及20mg/L。结论该起事件是饮食被甲胺磷污染的井水制作的豆浆(或薏米汤)所致的食物中毒。
Objective To identify the causes of poisoning in order to take timely and effective prevention and control measures. Methods A case study, field survey and sampling were used to conduct a comprehensive analysis. Results The number of patients 144 cases, including 75 males and 69 females. Dietary soy milk or rice soup made by Zhang, 135 cases (93.7%) within 2h after the onset of the disease. The main manifestations were nausea and vomiting (81.94%), abdominal pain (73.6%), miosis (33.3%), blurred vision (8.3%) and fibrillation (6.3%). Methamidophos was detected in well water and soya milk, with levels of 133 mg / L and 20 mg / L, respectively. Conclusion The incident was food poisoning caused by soy milk (or barley soup) made from well water contaminated with methamidophos.
