本研究以美国加州和德州的伏令夏橙种子为试材,设置三个试验。试验1:试样果实于1978年11月第1周采收,因而这些未成熟果实尚未经过低温阶段。将其果实的种子直接播种(对照),发芽极少,发芽率为2%;其种子在3—4℃低温加黑暗条件下贮藏的,发芽率与贮藏时间呈线性相关(r=1.0),贮藏21天,发芽率达100%;其种子在室温(约23℃)下贮藏18、19和28天的,发芽率分别为2%、0、10%;其种子用1000ppm GA_3处理24小时后即行
In this study, the United States in California and Texas Valsparum orange seed as a test material, setting three experiments.
