针对大型天线变形测量自动化程度低的问题,该文提出了基于emScon二次开发应用程序控制激光跟踪仪,对天线面板进行高精度点位测量的方法。设计了天线面板固定点位自动化测量总体方案及激光跟踪仪联机控制系统,阐述了激光跟踪仪精确照准目标反射镜的机制,并通过模拟实验对提出的方法进行了验证。结果表明,该方法可满足自动化测量的要求,解决了大型天线因自身和外界环境因素而难以捕捉其微小变化的难题,为设备的正常运行提供可靠的数据支撑。
In order to solve the problem of low degree of automation of large antenna deformation measurement, this paper presents a method of high precision point measurement of antenna panel by controlling laser tracker based on secondary development of emScon. The overall plan of automatic measurement of fixed point of antenna panel and the on-line control system of laser tracker are designed. The mechanism that laser tracker accurately collides with target reflector is demonstrated. The proposed method is verified through simulation experiments. The results show that this method can meet the requirements of automated measurement, and solves the difficult problem of large-sized antenna capturing small changes due to its own and external environmental factors, and provides reliable data support for the normal operation of the device.
