Zengmu Basin is a basin with a high degree of research and exploration in the Nansha Sea. The stratigraphic system has been an important basis for the establishment of the stratigraphic system of the entire Nansha Sea. However, due to the thick sedimentary thickness and rapid horizontal facies change, the Zengmu Basin stratification There are many differences between the scheme and the cognition of stratigraphic times. In order to provide a basis for stratigraphic division and interpretation of seismic profiles in the Zengmu Basin and even the Nansha Sea area and to collect and sort out the seismic profiles and stratification Based on this scheme, a practical comparison scheme of stratigraphic division of Zengmu Basin, which is convenient for comparison with the northern South China Sea basin, is proposed.Combination of a set of interface numbering system of stratigraphy and the Guangzhou Marine Geology Bureau of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources According to the naming of strata in the Zengmu Basin, the age of the interface has been adjusted according to the drilling and logging data obtained from abroad in the Zengmu Basin. The strata above the basement of Zengmu Basin are divided into four groups of 1 Zeng mother group, standing group, Haining group, Nankang group, Beikang group), which consists of 5 important unconformities (Tg, T60, T40 T32, T30) .This scheme is also compared and discussed with other schemes at home and abroad for reference when reading the relevant data.In order to facilitate the application and interpretation of this stratigraphic system to seismic profiles, an example is given The tremendous changes in the seismic facies caused by stratigraphic changes in the same strata, as well as the characteristics of the various unconformities and their performance on seismic sections.
