本文采用自我和谐量表对481名新聘“特岗教师”进行了问卷调查,主要考查了新聘“特岗教师”的自我和谐现状。结果表明,6.24%新聘“特岗教师”表现出自我的不和谐。新聘“特岗教师”的自我和谐水平高于在校大学生。新聘“特岗教师”在自我和谐总分及分量表得分不存在性别差异,在出生地上也无显著差异。理科毕业新聘“特岗教师”的自我与经验的不一致得分显著高于文科毕业新聘“特岗教师”。因此,尽管新聘“特岗教师”自我和谐水平高于在校大学生,但作为一线教师6.24%的检出率也是不容乐观的,应加强新聘“特岗教师”心理健康教育工作,给予更多的社会支持。
In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 481 newly recruited “special post teachers” by using the Self-Harmony Scale, mainly examining the self-consistency and harmonious status of the new hire post teachers. The results show that 6.24% of newly recruited “special post teacher ” showed self-disharmony. New job “special post teacher ” self-harmony level higher than college students. New recruits “special post teacher ” in the self-consistency score and subscales score does not exist gender differences in the birthplace of no significant difference.
