In April-May 2013, the phenomenon of slaughtering birds and killing birds by farmers was more serious, which made people sigh for the tragic destiny of chick-seedlings and worried about the future of farmers. More and more farmers “Vegetable basket” anxious. After the H7N9 bird flu, poultry egg products are at an increasing risk of under-supply or even out-of-stock, and their prices are highly likely to rise sharply. Poultry farming is about the vital interests of the broad masses of the people. As an ordinary part of people in the “vegetable basket,” if prices fluctuate too much like a roller coaster, the cost of living of urban and rural residents will inevitably rise and the living pressure will increase. Will trigger everyone’s panic, affecting the quality of life and social harmony.
