模拟铅黄铜C3771锻压和挤压工艺截止阀成形过程,得到锻压和挤压的工艺参数对铅黄铜C3771变形区的应变分布、等效应力分布和冲压载荷的影响规律。结果显示,从载荷分布分析,挤压工艺所用设备较锻压工艺设备的寿命长;.从等效应变来看,挤压模存在应力集中现象;锻压工艺成形时全局流体速率矢量分布较为均为,而挤压工艺成形时的全局流体速率分布不均匀,法兰部位和气门嘴部位的全局流体速率要大于其余部位,气门嘴部位型腔不易充填。
The effects of the parameters of forging and extrusion on the strain distribution, equivalent stress distribution and punching load of lead brass C3771 deformation zone were simulated. The results show that from the analysis of load distribution, the equipment used in the extrusion process has a longer service life than that of the forging process equipment. From the point of view of equivalent strain, there exists stress concentration phenomenon in the extrusion die; the global fluid velocity vector distribution is more uniform in forging process, However, the global fluid velocity distribution during the extrusion process is not uniform, and the global fluid velocity at the flange portion and the valve portion is greater than that at the remaining portions. The cavity at the valve portion is not easily filled.
