吡哆醇的生物化学吡哆醇一词泛指整个维生素 B_6组,包括吡哆醇(Pyridoxol),吡哆醛(Pyridoxal)及吡哆胺(Pyridoxamine)。上述三种类型广泛分布于动物及植物组织内。食物的良好来源有:胡萝卜、菠菜、豌豆、马铃薯、奶、干酪、蛋、鱼、肉及面粉。在绝大多数情况下,每人适当的饮食中每日应含1—2mg 维生素 B_6。维生素 B_6组在体内迅速转变为辅酶吡哆醛磷酸盐及吡哆胺磷酸盐。这些辅酶在蛋白质代谢中起主要作用。吡哆醛磷酸盐形成下列酶的辅基:转氨酶、辅脱羧酶、犬尿氨酸酶、脱氨酶、脱硫氢酶(Desulphydrases)、转硫酶
Pyridoxine biochemistry The term pyridoxine refers broadly to the entire vitamin B_6 group and includes Pyridoxol, Pyridoxal and Pyridoxamine. The above three types are widely distributed in animal and plant tissues. Good sources of food are: carrots, spinach, peas, potatoes, milk, cheese, eggs, fish, meat and flour. Vitamin B_6 group in the body rapidly transformed into coenzyme pyridoxal phosphate and pyridoxamine phosphate. These coenzymes play a major role in protein metabolism.
