利用cDNA微阵列检测了小鼠内毒素休克 2h及 2 0h肺组织基因表达谱的改变 .发现内毒素休克 2h有12 8个基因表达上调 ,3个基因下调 ;内毒素休克 2 0h有 5 1个基因表达上调 ,2 1个下调 .并用RT PCR进一步验证了结果的可靠性 .初步分析了基因表达谱改变的意义 .有助于从基因组水平阐明内毒素休克的分子机制
The cDNA microarray was used to detect the changes of lung tissue gene expression profiles at 2h and 20h after endotoxin shock in mice.It was found that 12 8 genes were upregulated and 3 genes were downregulated in endotoxic shock 2h and 5 1 Upregulation of gene expression and 21 down-regulation.The reliability of the results was further verified by RT-PCR.The preliminary analysis of the significance of gene expression profiling was helpful to elucidate the molecular mechanism of endotoxic shock from the genome level
