当前的反恐维稳形势下新疆公安民警面对高应激、高危险、高强度的工作,所承受的心理压力远远高于其他省份。反恐维稳任务的性质、公安执法的环境、工作与家庭生活的冲突、缺乏自我压力调节方法这些都成为当前新疆公安民警心理主要压力来源。应合理安排警力、制定弹性工作机制、严格落实公安民警休假制度、健全人民警察职业保障制度、营造警营文化,提升公安民警的心理归属感、加强公安民警压力管理和挫折应对能力、加大心理危机干预,对新疆公安民警的心理压力进行调解,以提高新疆公安队伍的反恐战斗能力以及队伍稳定性。
