不知多少次,人们从媒体上获悉过建筑物倒塌带给人们的悲剧,给国家和人民造成了巨大的损失。据不完全统计,我国每年约有3000多万平方米建筑物发生“病害”,成为我国建筑行业的一大隐患。另据统计,目前我国现有各类旧房面积约60多亿平方米,建国以来修建的质量好、层数低、占地多的旧房占很大比重,如何根据我国的现状,向旧房要面积,向空间要房,将房地产市场价格真正降低到老百姓可以承受的水平,成为很多人关心的问题。
