目的了解牛初乳粉的安全性。方法按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版),对牛初乳粉进行急性毒性试验、致突变试验和30d喂养试验。结果小鼠的急性经口毒性LD50均大于7.2g/?BW(相当于人体推荐量的216倍);小鼠骨髓微核试验、精子畸形试验和Am es试验结果均为阴性;30 d喂养试验:各剂量组大鼠生长情况良好,各时点体重、进食、食物利用率、实验期间的总增重、总进食、总食物利用率与对照组相比较差异无统计学意义;血常规检查、生化检查均在正常值范围内;主要脏器绝对重量、脏体比及组织病理学检查结果与对照组相比较无统计学差异。结论牛初乳粉属于无毒、无致突变作用,30d喂养试验未显示毒性作用,食用基本安全。
Objective To understand the safety of colostrum powder. Methods According to the “Technical Specification for Testing and Evaluation of Health Food” (2003 edition), the colostrum powder was subjected to acute toxicity test, mutagenic test and 30d feeding test. Results The acute oral toxicity LD50 of mice was more than 7.2g /? BW (equivalent to 216 times of the recommended amount of human body). The bone marrow micronucleus test, sperm abnormality test and Am es test were all negative. The rats in each dose group grew well, and there was no significant difference in body weight, food intake, food utilization rate, total weight gain, total food intake and total food utilization rate at each time point compared with the control group. Blood tests, Biochemical tests were within the normal range; the main organs of absolute weight, body mass ratio and histopathological examination results compared with the control group was no significant difference. Conclusion Bovine colostrum powder is non-toxic and non-mutagenic. The 30-day feeding test does not show any toxic effect and is safe for consumption.
