土壤养分的速测方法,由于有酸性土壤和石灰性土壤的不同,因此在速测某些养分时所使用的试剂有差异。如速测酸碱度(pH)时,测定石灰性土壤(碱性土壤)和酸性土壤所用的指示剂就有差别,在提取速效磷、速效钾和铵态氮时,所使用的浸提液也有些不同,这样做的目的主要是使速测的结果更为准确。酸性土壤的养分速测方法,我们认为广东省南海县土肥化验室所用的方法比较简单适用,现全部把它介绍出来,另外把前华北农业科学研究所土壤肥料室的石灰性土壤养分速测方法也补充于后,以供读者参考。在速测硝酸态氮方面,酸性土壤和石灰性土壤,可以用同一种方法,华北所介绍的是用粉剂,海南介绍的是用液剂,这两种方法各有优缺点,可以比较试用。
