目的:探讨七宝美髯丹对局灶性脑缺血大鼠自由基损伤的保护作用。方法:采用健康SD大鼠,用线栓法造成大脑中动脉栓塞制成脑缺血模型。实验分假手术组、单纯缺血组、七宝美髯丹低中高剂量组,每组12只,测定MDA、SOD含量。结果:七宝美髯丹组能明显提高SOD含量,降低MDA含量。结论:七宝美髯丹可能通过清除自由基对缺血的脑组织产生保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Qibaomeiqidan on free radical damage in rats with focal cerebral ischemia. METHODS: Healthy SD rats were used to make a cerebral ischemia model by embolizing the middle cerebral artery. The experimental group was divided into sham operation group, simple ischemic group, and Qibaomeiludan low-medium high-dose group, 12 in each group. The contents of MDA and SOD were measured. RESULTS: Qibao meidan group can significantly increase SOD content and reduce MDA content. Conclusion: Qibaomeilandan may produce protective effects on ischemic brain tissue by scavenging free radicals.
