研究了炭纤维用量对炭纤维/PA66复合材料力学性能的影响,炭纤维长度、分布、含量对炭纤维/PA66复合材料体系摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料的拉伸强度随着炭纤维用量增加而增大,但质量分数超过15%后,增幅缓慢。在同一载荷下,随着炭纤维用量的增加,复合材料体系的摩擦系数先降低后升高;炭纤维质量分数20%时,复合材料体系的摩擦系数最小,较PA66树脂降低了1/3;相容剂、耐磨助剂用量对炭纤维/PA66复合材料扶正器专用料体系影响较大,适当的用量可以提高扶正器的使用寿命。
The effect of carbon fiber dosage on the mechanical properties of carbon fiber / PA66 composite was investigated. The effects of carbon fiber length, distribution and content on the friction and wear properties of carbon fiber / PA66 composite were investigated. The results show that the tensile strength of the composites increases with the increase of the amount of carbon fiber, but the content of carbon fiber increases slowly when the mass fraction exceeds 15%. Under the same load, the friction coefficient of the composite system firstly decreases and then increases with the increase of the amount of carbon fiber. When the carbon fiber mass fraction is 20%, the friction coefficient of the composite system is the smallest, which is 1/3 less than that of the PA66 resin. Compatibility compatibilizer, anti-wear additive dosage of carbon fiber / PA66 composite centralizer material system has a greater impact, the appropriate amount can increase the life of centralizer.
