At present, major IT companies have launched their own “small and medium-sized enterprise solutions”. Can they really help SMEs out of their difficulties? Is this another “true lie”? The reason why SMEs have been slow to establish their own so-called IInternet/Intrane information systems is probably because they are afraid of labor and financial resources. Because of the lack of information personnel, SMEs are faced with many difficulties in the selection of solutions.
