针对中等嗜热菌对黄铜矿精矿(75.5%,CuFeS2)搅拌浸出中利用动态法测定氧传质系数kLα值进行了相关研究。结果表明,利用动态法可以有效测定搅拌浸出体系中的氧传质系数kLα值,同时可以得到体系中的细菌耗氧速率和饱和溶氧浓度值。研究还发现随着浸出时间的延长,分批搅拌浸出中的氧传递效率呈波动性变化,细菌耗氧速率呈下降趋势,而体系中的饱和溶氧浓度基本保持不变。
A kinetic method for the determination of kLα in the chalcopyrite concentrate (75.5%, CuFeS2) was studied for the moderate thermophilic bacteria. The results show that the kinetic method can be used to effectively determine the mass transfer coefficient kLα in the stirred and leached system, and the bacterial oxygen consumption rate and the dissolved oxygen concentration in the system can be obtained. The study also found that with the leaching time, the oxygen transfer efficiency in batch stirred leachate fluctuated, the oxygen consumption rate of bacteria showed a downward trend, while the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the system remained basically unchanged.
