现如今,如何在小学语文课堂教学中构建有效师生对话,营造良好教学氛围,已经成为每个语文教师所普遍关注的问题。在传统语文教学中,师生间的对话只是走个过场,甚至可以说是作为一种“教学艺术”所存在的,并没有明确形成对话教学模式。但是,在素质教育中,小学语文教学氛围的好与坏,与学生学习参与度的高低、师生间的交流有着密切的联系,“师生对话”不仅能激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生主动性,还能培养学生的思维能力与创新意识。为此,改变小学语文传统的“哑巴式”教学,积极开展师生对话已经成为一种必然。以如何更好地让“师生对话”激活小学语文教学氛围为主要内容,进行相应的策略探究。
