当前,中小学校食品安全工作面临着巨大的压力,为此,抓好学校食品安全制度建设,实现学校食品安全管理工作的制度化、规范化,强化学校食品安全监督,是确保学校食品卫生安全的重要举措。笔者拟从以下几个方面来分析和探讨湖南省学校食品安全管理制度建设标准。一、发达国家在学校食品安全管理制度建设上的成功经验美国中小学约有60%以上的学生在校就餐,其中1/2以上(2700万人)学生享受美国联邦政府补贴
