2011年7月1日起实施的新版《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2010)(以下简称《规范》),给设计人员提供了强有力的技术指导和设计依据,也方便了审图,但在实践中发现个别强条的条文说明不够明确,让人难以理解。《规范》第11.2.3条规定,按一、二、三级抗震等级设计的框架和斜撑构件,其纵向受力普通钢筋应符合下列要求:1.钢筋的抗拉强度实测值与屈服强度实测值的比值不应小于1.25。2.钢筋的屈服强度实测值与屈服强度标准值的比值不应大于1.30。3.钢筋最大拉力下的总伸长率实测值不应小于9%。该条文的修改,一是增加了三级抗震等级的设计要求,原有规范只对一、二级抗震等
