流动人员人事档案管理是促进人力资源流动配置和社会就业的重要措施。随着社会经济的发展以及时代的变迁,档案管理服务工作出现了许多不相适应的问题,迫切需要政府管理部门将流动人员人事档案管理工作纳入人力资源市场公共服务体系整体布局。本文以北京市为案例,对流动人员人事档案的产生发展、服务现状以及存在的问题等进行分析,最后提出有关完善和改进建议。
The management of personnel files of migrants is an important measure to promote the allocation of human resources and social employment. With the development of society and economy and the changes of the times, there are many unmanagesable problems in the file management service work. It is urgent for government departments to include the management of the personnel files of mobile personnel in the overall layout of the public service system in the human resources market. This article takes Beijing as a case, analyzes the generation and development, service status quo and existing problems of personnel files of migrants, and finally puts forward suggestions on improvement and improvement.
