将120例自愿要求药物流产的健康患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在顿服600μg米索前列醇后加服乐脉颗粒1～2袋,tid,连用5 d,对照组不加服药物,观察完全流产率、阴道出血情况。结果治疗组完全流产率、阴道出血量、阴道出血时间与对照组比较有显著性差异性(P<0.05)。药物流产中使用乐脉颗粒可明显减少阴道出血量、缩短出血时间、提高完全流产率。
A total of 120 healthy volunteers were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.
