针对褶曲断层区、两侧采空、空间交叉巷道等条件下的煤柱区废矸置换开采难题,运用数值模拟方法分析锚索桁架的应力场和支护优越性,并确定了合理的支护参数。依据废矸抛掷机抛掷出废矸的运动特点,建立废矸抛掷机抛掷的运动力学模型,分析废矸抛掷机运移步距与巷道充填率之间的耦合关系,确定废矸抛掷机工艺步距。结合新三煤矿生产条件设计置换开采技术,该研究成果在新三煤矿成功应用并取得了良好效果。
Aiming at the problems of displacement and extraction of waste rock in coal pillar area under the condition of fold fault zone, goaf on both sides and space crossing tunnel, the stress field and supporting superiority of cable truss are analyzed by numerical simulation method, and the reasonable support parameter. Based on the characteristics of waste rock throwing throwing out of waste rock, the kinetic model of throwing waste rock throwing machine is set up. The coupling relation between the moving distance of throwing rock throwing machine and the filling rate of roadway is analyzed to determine the technological step distance. In combination with the production conditions of Xinsan Coal Mine, the replacement and extraction technology is designed. The research results have been successfully applied in Xinsan Coal Mine and achieved good results.
