本文主要阐述了随着发电企业对员工技术水平要求越来越高,对培训工作也提出了更高要求,因此发电企业培训需要新思路、新方法、新手段。
This paper mainly elaborates that with the higher and higher requirements for staff’s technical level in power generation enterprises and the higher requirements for training work, new ideas, new methods and new methods are needed for training of power generation enterprises.
