Whole body irradiation (TBI) is a necessary part of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. In this study, a whole body irradiation technique was established on a clinne18 linear accelerator. The ray energy can be divided into 18MVX lines, and the source wave distance is 450cm. The treatment bed is hydraulically lifted up and down and moves up and down within 15cm and can be rotated. At SsD=450cm, the field can reach 157cm×157cm with a diagonal of 220cm, and the uniformity is better than 2.4% in the 80% range of the main axis and diagonal of the field.
