3年测定不同雄性育性桃花器官营养元素 ,结果表明 :随着花粉母细胞发育期进展 ,不同育性花器官中元素含量变化为 :Ca呈从高 -低下降趋势 ;而Zn呈上升趋势 ;Cu、B从低 -高 -稍高 -低 ;N、P、Mg、Mn、K呈低 -渐高 -高 -稍低趋势。成熟可育雄蕊中有低的Ca、Mg、Cu、B等含量和高的N、P、Mn等含量。Ca、B可能与花粉管向化性物质有关 ;钾与促进蛋白质和核酸形成 ,保持原生质的水合程度有关 ;N与可育花粉中游离脯氨酸 ,水解酶类等有关 ;P与核酸含量有关 ;Mn与花粉能量代谢有关
