对61例正常人进行信号平均心电图检测,确定40Hz 各参数正常值为 QRS_T<112ms、D_(40)<33ms、RMS_(40)>20/μV。对64例进行坐、卧位 SAECG 检测,发现25Hz 及40Hz 泸波各参数均无显著差异(P>0.05)。对61例正常人的 VLP 检出率40Hz 泸波时为1.6%。对冠心病伴陈归性心肌梗塞8例、室壁瘤5例及复杂性室性心律失常6例的 VLP 检出率则分别为50%、40%及66%。结果提示:VLP 在冠心病伴陈旧性心肌梗塞、室壁瘤及复杂性室性心律失常组的发生率明显增高,有利于识别冠心病高危人群且重复性好。
The average electrocardiogram (ECG) was measured in 61 normal subjects. The normal values of the parameters of 40 Hz were determined to be QRS_T <112 ms, D_ (40) <33 ms and RMS_ (40)> 20 / μV. 64 cases of sitting, lying SAECG test, found 25Hz and 40Hz parameters of the Lu wave no significant difference (P> 0.05). 61 cases of normal VLP detection rate of 40Hz when the wave was 1.6%. The detection rates of VLP in 8 cases of coronary heart disease with Chen’s myocardial infarction, 5 cases of aneurysm and 6 cases of complicated ventricular arrhythmia were 50%, 40% and 66% respectively. The results suggest that: VLP in coronary heart disease with obstructive myocardial infarction, aneurysm and complex ventricular arrhythmia group was significantly higher incidence, is conducive to identifying high-risk groups of coronary heart disease and good reproducibility.
