目的探讨肱踝脉搏波传导速度(BaPWV)和踝臂指数(ABI)与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变Gensini评分的相关性。方法对251例行冠状动脉造影的患者进行Gensini评分。检测BaPWV和ABI,并与冠状动脉Gensini评分行相关性分析。结果随Gensini评分增高,BaPWV逐渐增高、ABI逐渐减小(P<0.05)。BaPWV与冠状动脉Gensini评分呈正相关(P<0.01),ABI与Gensini评分呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 BaPWV与冠状动脉病变程度呈正相关,ABI与冠状动脉病变程度呈负相关。BaPWV和ABI对冠心病的早期识别、冠状动脉病变进展监测有显著价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (BaPWV) and ankle-brachial index (ABI) and Gensini score of coronary atherosclerotic lesions. Methods 251 patients undergoing coronary angiography were evaluated by Gensini score. BaPWV and ABI were detected and correlated with coronary Gensini score. Results With the increase of Gensini score, BaPWV increased gradually and ABI decreased gradually (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between BaPWV and Gensini score of coronary artery (P <0.01), but negative correlation between ABI and Gensini score (P <0.01). Conclusions BaPWV is positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery lesion and ABI is negatively correlated with the degree of coronary artery lesion. BaPWV and ABI early detection of coronary heart disease, coronary artery disease progression monitoring has significant value.
