研究了硫唑嘌呤的水解产物与 KMn O4的氧化作用 ,提出了高灵敏测定硫唑嘌呤的荧光光度分析新方法 .在碱性介质中 ,将硫唑嘌呤通过沸水浴加热水解 - KMn O4氧化 ,使其转化成 6 -嘌呤磺酸钠 ,该产物不仅具有强的荧光且稳定性好 .本体系的激发波长为 2 86 nm,发射波长为 397nm,荧光强度 F与硫唑嘌呤的含量在 0 .0 1~5 .0 m g/ L 范围内呈线性关系 ,检测限为 0 .0 0 5 mg/ L.应用该法于片剂中硫唑嘌呤含量的测定 ,与标准方法对照 ,结果令人满意 .
