汽车碰撞事故中,肋骨密质骨厚度分布对肋骨骨折特性有显著影响,其形态学特征与人体参数等因素密切相关。该文定量描述了肋骨密质骨厚度分布,并分析了年龄、性别、身高和身高质量指数(BMI)等人体参数的影响。以60例中国人医学计算机断层扫描(CT)图像数据为样本,采用基于CT值分布特征的肋骨密质骨厚度测量方法,对每例CT图像的左侧12根肋骨进行了分布式测量。应用统计学方法,研究了位置和人体参数对肋骨密质骨厚度的影响。结果表明:肋骨序号、肋骨截面序号、测量点位置等位置参数和性别、身高、BMI等人体参数均对肋骨密质骨厚度具有显著影响。该研究所确立的肋骨密质骨厚度分布模型可应用于开发参数化人体有限元模型,有助于定量研究人体参数对肋骨骨折的影响。
In the automobile collision accident, the distribution of rib density bones has a significant effect on the characteristics of rib fracture, and its morphological characteristics are closely related to the human body parameters and other factors. This paper quantitatively describes the distribution of the dense bones of the ribs and analyzes the effects of body parameters such as age, gender, height, and body mass index (BMI). Sixty cases of Chinese medical computed tomography (CT) image data were taken as samples, and the left rib of 12 ribs in each CT image were distributedly measured using the method of measuring the density of bone and bone based on the distribution of CT values. Using statistical methods, the effects of position and body parameters on the thickness of the bone in the ribs were studied. The results showed that rib rib number, rib cross-section serial number, measuring point position and other parameters such as sex, height, BMI and other body parameters had a significant effect on the thickness of cadaveric bone. The established model of rib density bone thickness distribution can be applied to the development of parametric finite element model of human body, which helps to quantitatively study the influence of body parameters on rib fractures.
