患者,男,18岁。因厌食、纳差、呕吐、乏力、咳嗽、消瘦5kg,1个月而来科就诊。询问病史,既往身体健康,近来感胃胀,无发热。查体:皮肤巩膜无黄染,慢性病容。心脏、肺部检查无异常。腹部触诊肝肋下可及1.5cm,脾肋下1cm,腹部无压痛。实验室检查:红细胞5.0×1212/L,白细胞:5.0×109/L,总胆红素21.4umol/L,球蛋白37.7g/L,白蛋白54.1g/L,ALT 177U/L,AST 128U/L;乙肝血清标志物:HBsAb（+）。丙肝抗体HCV（-）,戊肝抗体HEVIgM（-）。门诊诊断:肝炎?（甲型?庚型?）。
Patient, male, 18 years old. Because of anorexia, anorexia, vomiting, fatigue, cough, weight loss 5kg, 1 month and treatment. Ask medical history, past physical health, recent sense of bloating, no fever. Physical examination: skin sclera without yellow dye, chronic disease. Heart, lung examination no abnormalities. Palpation of the abdomen liver ribs can be 1.5cm, 1cm under the spleen ribs, abdomen without tenderness. Laboratory tests showed that erythrocytes 5.0 × 1212 / L, white blood cells 5.0 × 109 / L, total bilirubin 21.4umol / L, globulin 37.7g / L, albumin 54.1g / L, ALT 177U / L, AST 128U / L; Hepatitis B serum marker: HBsAb (+). Hepatitis C virus HCV (-), hepatitis E antibody HEVIgM (-). Outpatient diagnosis: hepatitis? (A? G? Type?).
